How to read economic calendars and determine which forex economic indicators to take note of? I'm going to talk about leading, lagging and coincident indicators. This is an economic indicators crash course where i'll cover economic events like gdp, money supply, monetary policy, ISM manufacturing pmi, services pmi, housing data (building permit), retail sales and more. A lot of retail traders don't even know what each of these economic indicators mean and they just scalp NFP events like a typical retail trader NFP monkey. If you want to get laughed at by hedge fund managers, feel free to do that. Understanding economic indicators is part of your overall fundamental analysis education. You need to know what the indicators are telling you. You also need to know which one to look at because not all economic indicators are worth taking note of.
