Corporate Finance Spring 2025 - Corporate Finance: A Class Preview

This is a short introduction to my corporate finance class and it lays out the three key perspectives that underlie it. First, it is a big picture class that looks at every decision made in a business as a corporate finance decision. Second, it is an applied class, since I have little patience for theory for the sake of theory. Third, it is designed to be used on real companies in real time. In my biased view, it is a class that can be useful to everyone in business, no matter what discipline you work in. The class is scheduled to start on January 31, 2022 and end on May 9, 2022, with two sessions, 80 minutes apiece, every week.
