In this episode, we’ll explore the Live Portrait tool in ComfyUI to transform static portrait images into animated visuals with dynamic facial expressions. Learn how to install and configure custom nodes, create workflows, and fine-tune animations for realistic or stylized results. What You’ll Learn: - Installing and setting up the Advanced Live Portrait and Video Helper nodes. - Creating and connecting nodes like Load Image, Expression Editor, and Video Combine. - Adjusting facial settings (blinks, mouth movements, pitch, yaw, etc.). - Animating still images using pre-recorded videos or manual motion settings. - Managing common issues like cropping and resolution for better results. - Combining expressions and building workflows to animate multiple motions. Get the workflows and instructions from discord https://discord.gg/gggpkVgBf3 Check Other Episodes https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL-pohOSaL8P9kLZP8tQ1K1QWdZEgwiBM0 --- Go to manager, Custom Nodes Manager search for advanced live portrait install ComfyUI-AdvancedLivePortrait search for video helper install ComfyUI-VideoHelperSuite Restart ComfyUI More Info about the node https://github.com/PowerHouseMan/ComfyUI-AdvancedLivePortrait For sample video they have the driving_video.mp4 here https://github.com/PowerHouseMan/ComfyUI-AdvancedLivePortrait/tree/main/sample click on it and then on the download button (Download raw file) Upload a still portrait: Pick a sharp, well-lit photo of a face looking straight at the camera. A neutral expression works best for smoother animations. Upload a reference video: Choose a video that shows the expressions and movements you'd like to transfer to the portrait. To get the best results, make sure the face in the video is clearly visible and well-lit. In the command you can put this [Motion index] = [Changing frame length] : [Length of frames waiting for next motion] example: 1 = 2:20 1 is motion number 1 the first expression editor 2 is the changing frame length 20 length of the frames waiting for the next motion Unlock exclusive perks by joining our channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCmMbwA-s3GZDKVzGZ-kPwaQ/join #comfyui #liveportrait #imagetovideo
