In this video, learn how to use "been to" and "been in" in the present perfect verb tense with a location. What's the difference between... I've been to Paris. I've been in Paris. Both of these statements are in the present perfect with the verb "to be" and use a location. But they use different prepositions. We use "have/has been to + location" to talk about places we've travelled to (or haven't travelled to) in the past. We use "have/has been in + location" to talk about a past action that continues until now. So right now you're currently in the location.
