Stroke is a time-critical emergency and rapid recognition is everything. In this video James walks through the BE-FAST stroke assessment, a simple but powerful tool for quickly identifying the signs and symptoms of stroke in the prehospital and emergency setting. Every minute without treatment, approximately 1.9 million neurons are lost.
