✍🏼 Welcome to another real time study with me! We'll be doing a 3 hour study session which is exactly how I like to organise my study blocks in medical school. I normally study listening to lofi and jazz, so I've put together a playlist for this session as some chill background music. 🍅 The Pomodoro Method is a study technique which involves breaking your study into short intervals. We'll be using 6 x 25 min study blocks, with 5 min breaks in between each block.
