The equations of hydrodynamics are complicated, but interesting. Their solution does require some sophistication, but is not challenging numerically. In fact, analytic solutions are rare. While covered in freshman physics, the subject is too often neglected otherwise. This is just one of 61 Lectures covering a full one-year Course in Computational Physics previously taught by Rubin Landau at Oregon State University.
